Natuna Scean Manpower Corporation was established in 1997. Registered as a Corporation by the Philippine Securities Commission in October 15, 1997 under SEC Reg. N. A199719981 and incorporated under the Philippine Laws. It is organized primarily to engage in Crew Management, Ship Management and other related Maritime activities.
Natuna Scean Manpower Corporation is duly licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) on 25th of October 2001, to operate as a ship manning Agency. Since then, it has been an active member of the Overseas employment program of the government through the membership in the Filipino Association for Maritime Employment (FAME), and Overseas Placement Association of the Philippines (OPAP).
A young Corporation as it may, Natuna Scean Manpower Corporation has never been far behind other leading agencies in the Philippines because the Company is owned and managed by a group of young, dynamic, and highly qualified veteran manning and shipping Officers from various agencies in Manila and abroad with expertise in their own rights who have grouped themselves together for a common vision and mission to improve lives of seafarers and excel in the service of the shipping and manning industry.

In 2007, Natuna Scean Manpower Corporation established a branch office in a crew populated area at Kalaw Avenue, Ermita Manila situated on the fifth floor of Trinity Building at the same time maintaining the operations of its main office in Las Pinas City.
